This project involves the supply of belt conveyors for the raw material handling and transport systems of steel plants and power plants. Designed for the continuous transport of materials such as coke, ore fines, coal, and slag, the equipment operates under heavy loads and continuous duty cycles across various operational points, including indoor coal storage facilities and transfer stations.

Material handling systems in steel mills and power plants require continuous, year-round operation amidst high material temperatures and heavy dust; materials such as coal are prone to spillage and accumulation, creating safety and environmental challenges and demanding exceptionally high standards for equipment reliability and sealing performance.

- Utilizes the standard configuration of TD75/DTII fixed belt conveyors; key components (idlers, pulleys, and gear reducers) are selected for heavy-duty, continuous operation to ensure long-term, trouble-free performance.
- Loading points feature impact idlers and material guide skirts, along with multi-stage cleaning systems to minimize material spillage and belt adhesion.
- Indoor sections can be fitted with optional formed-steel sealing covers for dust and water protection, meeting on-site environmental standards.
- Various drive options are available, including motorized pulleys, shaft-mounted gear reducers, and K-series gear reducers; long-distance, high-power models can be equipped with backstops and braking motors to ensure safe stopping on inclined sections.

Since its commissioning, the conveying system has operated continuously and stably; material spillage and dust emissions have been effectively controlled, resulting in a significant improvement in the on-site environment. The equipment's reliability has earned user recognition, providing a solid guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the client's raw material supply system.
