This cluster of projects encompasses various mining and aggregate handling operations, including the transport of iron ore and sand-and-gravel aggregates. Xuchang Machinery designed and manufactured TD75 and DTII series fixed belt conveyors as well as steep-inclination conveyors for these clients, establishing comprehensive bulk material handling lines that span the entire process—from crushing and screening to storage silos and truck loading. Certain projects utilize elevated truss trestles supported by steel structures.

Ores and aggregates are characterized by high density (1.3–5 t/m³), non-uniform particle sizes, and sharp, hard edges, making them highly likely to scratch or even tear conveyor belts; furthermore, mining sites often feature significant elevation differences and complex terrain, requiring some operations to achieve substantial vertical lifting over relatively short horizontal distances.

- High-quality polyester canvas (EP) conveyor belts are utilized, offering high tensile strength and impact resistance, making them suitable for handling sharp, hard materials;
- The loading point at the tail end is equipped with impact beds or impact idler sets to effectively minimize belt damage caused by material impact;
- Steep-incline belt conveyors (featuring sidewall and cleat belts) are used for applications involving significant elevation changes; these operate at angles of 30°–90°, with the sidewall and cleat design preventing spillage and enabling high-lift material transport within a compact footprint;
- Long-distance elevated sections utilize an overhead **steel truss gantry** layout, which avoids occupying ground-level operational space while also providing access walkways for maintenance.

Multiple conveyor lines operate continuously and stably, with belt damage rates significantly lower than the average for similar operating conditions; the steep-angle design saves substantial space and civil engineering investment, while the elevated trestles integrate seamlessly with the plant layout, resulting in improved overall conveying efficiency and higher standards of orderly on-site construction.
