Application areas
The sand and gravel aggregate industry
- The TD75 type, DTII type and DTII (A) type standard fixed belt conveyors are generally adopted. They are suitable for the transportation of sand, gravel, aggregates, powder materials and ores. The general material density is relatively high, ranging from 1.3 to 5 tons per cubic meter. The material particle size is not uniform, and the materials are sharp and hard, which are prone to scratching the conveyor belt or causing the conveyor belt to tear. Buffer beds or buffer idlers are equipped at the tail loading point to reduce the damage to the conveyor belt caused by the impact of the materials. The conveyor belt uses high-quality polyester canvas conveyor belt with extremely high tensile strength.
The waste management industry
- Suitable for the transportation of household waste, decomposed waste, kitchen waste, construction waste, and renovation waste, etc. Generally equipped with a full-process material guiding chute to prevent the materials from falling to the ground. An upper and lower sealing cover is added to reduce the leakage of odors, dust, garbage, etc.
At the heavy material section, a buffer idler group is added to effectively reduce the damage to the conveyor belt caused by the impact of the materials.
Sludge treatment industry
- Suitable for the transportation of sludge from water plants, river channels, municipal areas, etc. Generally equipped with devices such as sludge receiving bins and crushing grates. Depending on the specific industry, different corrosion-resistant solutions are provided. They can resist acids (such as hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, sulfuric acid, etc.), alkalis, and oils, etc. The sludge is relatively sticky and prone to sticking to the conveyor belt. Therefore, an H-shaped polyurethane cleaning device is added to achieve a better sludge scraping effect. In some scenarios, an integrated belt conveyor is designed. The support frame of the filter press and the belt conveyor are designed as an integrated unit, which significantly reduces the construction cost and improves the construction efficiency.
Dye industry; Graphene industry
- Suitable for the transportation of products after filtration by the filter press, as well as the transportation of dye raw materials and graphene raw materials. Mainly considering acid resistance. Below the filter press, a belt conveyor is used, and the receiving hopper is made of 304 stainless steel or carbon steel with a PP board lining, which greatly improves the anti-corrosion effect. The lower liquid collection tray is formed by one-time molding of PP board and has an arched design, which better discharges the filtrate and prevents the PP board from deforming due to heat.

Common types of conveyor belts
Outer ear canal band
Suitable for materials with high internal friction. The maximum transportation angle can reach up to 30°. Generally, nylon canvas (NN) and polyester canvas (EP) are used.
Inner bra strap
Suitable for small belt conveyors, with a general transportation angle of 0 - 22°. Generally, it is made of cotton canvas core (CC) or polyester canvas core (EP).
Flat belt
The application range is the widest. In terms of general material transportation, the angle is 0-18°. Depending on different working conditions, different core materials such as cotton canvas (CC), nylon canvas (NN), polyester canvas (EP), and steel wire rope (ST) can be selected. According to the degree of corrosion resistance, acid-resistant belts, alkali-resistant belts, and salt-resistant belts can be chosen; according to the different degrees of heat exposure, heat-resistant belts can be selected.
Skirt edge partition conveyor belt
Suitable for transportation scenarios with angles ranging from 30 to 90 degrees. The base plate is equipped with a partition board and skirt edge.
It effectively realizes the large-angle lifting of materials. Depending on the production volume, the height of the partition board and skirt edge can be customized.
