Offshore conveyor belt machine truss structure

◉ Product Introduction

The gantry structure of the shore belt conveyor is an elevated belt conveyor arranged along the shore direction in ports and docks. The conveyor is placed on a large steel truss bridge as a whole, with maintenance walkways, railings, and lighting inside the truss. The conveyor belt can be fully enclosed and protected; The truss is supported by steel pipe tower frames and prefabricated in the factory for segmented installation. It is resistant to wind and salt spray corrosion, and transports materials along the dock shoreline for a long distance to the loading point, achieving a green transportation process of "belt loading".

◉ Main Features

*Large steel truss wharf: The overall rigidity of the pipe truss structure is good, the span is large, and the overhead arrangement does not occupy the ground operation area of the dock;
*Fully enclosed and environmentally friendly conveyor: The conveyor belt is equipped with a closed cover, which ensures no dust or material scattering during strong winds along the coast;
*Salt spray corrosion resistance: steel structure hot spray zinc/heavy anti-corrosion coating+galvanized railing fasteners, suitable for long-term use in marine environments;
*Convenient maintenance: The truss is connected to maintenance walkways, guardrails, and lighting, making daily inspections and maintenance safe and convenient;
*Segmented prefabricated installation: Factory segmented manufacturing, on-site bolt connection, fast installation, and minimal interference with dock production.
