The industry of straw and manure fermentation

◉ Product Introduction

Conveyors used in the straw and manure fermentation industry are specialized equipment designed for organic fertilizer and biomass fermentation production lines. They are responsible for uniformly transporting fermentation feedstocks—such as shredded straw, livestock and poultry manure, and sludge—to the top inlet of fermentation tanks (or towers), as well as discharging the finished, decomposed product for loading. Engineered to handle raw materials characterized by high moisture content and corrosiveness (due to ammonia and organic acids), the equipment features galvanized or stainless steel frames and corrosion-resistant components; it is designed to be rust-proof and odor-resistant, ensuring seamless integration with the fermentation tanks.

◉ Main Features

*Corrosion-resistant materials: The frame is constructed from hot-dip galvanized steel or stainless steel (e.g., galvanized frames for chicken manure projects), offering resistance to ammonia and organic acid corrosion for a long service life;
*Seamless integration with fermentation tanks: The inclination angle and discharge point are customized to match the tank's feed inlet height, ensuring direct material transfer without spillage or leakage;
*Enclosed, odor-controlled design: Optional enclosed housing suppresses ammonia emissions and odors, improving the workshop environment;
*Continuous, uniform feeding: Equipped with variable frequency drive (VFD) and feed flow control to ensure stable input for the fermentation process;
*Non-stick, easy-to-clean design: Anti-stick features on the belt surface and material transfer points prevent wet manure or straw from adhering, making the system easy to wash down.
